Shelly Francka

Francka comes to Ozarks Home Realty as a Bolivar resident and business professional. She currently serves as a Talent Scout at Mercy and has held previous positions such as director of Oklahoma Baptist University Graduate School, director of professional programs at Huntington University in Huntington, Ind., and as director of the Masters of Business Administration program at Southwest Baptist University.

Francka earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Southwest Baptist University in 2004, and an MBA from the university in 2006.
